Time capsule 2. Delivery of the time capsule to Philadelphia. Photograph of the time capsule put together by the Carrier Veterans Association (USSAMERICA.ORG) and placed within CVA/CV66 before the sinkex. Supposedly the capsule was placed in one of the boilers to keep it from working free.
